At Hostplus, we’re committed to continually improving your experience with our digital tools. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve recently made enhancements to the Adviser Online portal.  These updates are designed to streamline your workflow, boost efficiency, and help you deliver even better service to your clients.

What’s new on Adviser Online?

Support staff access is now live

Support staff can now have their own dedicated login to Adviser Online. With unique credentials, your team members can independently lodge Third Party Authorities and upload documents. We hope this update makes your daily operations smoother and more secure.  

More updates to come this year

More improvements are on the way, including:  

  • the ability to lodge advice fee requests digitally
  • the ability to submit documents using digital signatures 
  • new transact functionality, allowing you to make changes to your client’s Hostplus account (including investment switches) directly through the portal.
