Amy is the State Manager for Victoria and has been with Hostplus for five years. She has over 15 years’ experience in the finance sector and is an experienced superannuation professional with a proven track record in business development and relationship management.
Amy holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and is the Deputy Chair on the AIST Employer Engagement Special Interest Group and has held previous Development Board roles with the Fight Cancer Foundation.

Lee Sammartino is the Head of Business Growth and Acquisition at Hostplus. Lee has over 25 years’ experience in the financial
services industry, predominately in business development, relationship management, partnerships, marketing, strategy, product and operations.
Prior to joining Hostplus, Lee worked at AXA Funds Management, ME bank, LUCRF Super, legalsuper, Rice Warner (now Deloitte) and Cbus, holding various senior
leadership positions. Lee has a Master in Business Administration, Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Graduate Certificate in Education
& Training and is RG146 compliant. Lee is also a Director of Football Victoria, a position he has held since 2019.

Peter is the Hostplus State Manager in NSW & ACT and has been with the organisation for 15 years. Peter has over 23 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, predominately in employer relationship and management roles. Prior to joining Hostplus, Peter spent 7 years working for Colonial/CBA where he held various management positions. Peter holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning).

Patrick has over 20 years of financial and professional services experience, with roles in financial advice, claims, stakeholder relationships and operations.
Patrick has been at Hostplus for over nine years, most recently in the role of Queensland State Manager for five of those years. He is responsible for our Brisbane, Gold Coast and Cairns offices.
Patrick held previous roles within other financial services organisations, including National Australia Bank and Suncorp.

Mark holds an Advanced Diploma of Financial Services and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Jordan is the Manager for the Northern Territory, having previously been employed with Statewide Super prior to the merger with Hostplus. Since 2006 Jordan has worked across South Australia and the Northern Territory within the Financial Services industry, most recently providing holistic retirement planning advice to Hostplus members. She holds a Double Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance and Management and an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.

His 30 years in the financial services industry, including 20 as a financial planner, have given him a wealth of knowledge across a wide range of business models. Most recently, Paul has worked as Advice Manager and an accountant. He prides himself on customer service for both employers and members, and his experience is a valuable resource for educating clients about superannuation. Paul recently completed a Master of Financial Planning, he holds a Diploma of Financial Advice and is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia.
